... as an Existing Chapter Charter

If your institution has an active chapter charter in place and you meet the eligibility criteria outlined here, then please complete the appropriate application along with the lifetime membership fee of $40 and return to your Faculty Chapter Advisor:

• Application for students and alumni members
• Application for New Faculty Members

Faculty Chapter Advisors will then need to complete the Faculty Chapter Advisor's Certification of New Membership Form, along with Faculty Advisor NEW Member Excel Spreadsheet (must complete and follow the headings) and then submit it online (Click Here). We will not accept this form through email. Faculty Chapter Advisors do not need to send the individual applications, instead please keep the application for your records.

Applications will not be processed until we receive the $40 lifetime membership fee for each new member.

Once the applications are approved, the National Office will send membership certificates and lapel pins to the Faculty Chapter Advisor. The chapter may not induct members until their applications are formally approved and the certificates and pins have been received.

... as an At-large Member

If you institution does not have an existing chapter charter and is incapable of petitioning for one, you may apply to join the TUA Honor Society as an At-larger Member.

Complete the At-large member application. Submit the application, $40 lifetime membership fee, and all supporting documents to the NOHS National Office by mail or fax. We will not accept the application through email. Applications will not be processed until we receive the $40 lifetime membership fee for each new member.

Once the applications are approved, the National Office will send membership certificates and lapel pins to the At-large member.
