Lenore McNeer Award

This award is presented to a member of NOHS or a person who has made a distinctive contribution to the field of human services as a practitioner or as an educator. Examples of accomplishments for this award might include any, but not necessarily all, of the following:

Nationally and internationally known for research and scholarship
External funding that has led to significant and ongoing contribution to the field of human services
Ongoing and demonstrated contribution to NOHS
Ongoing and demonstrated contribution to a human services community organization that has received national recognition

Your application will be evaluated on the following criteria using a five-point scale where 5 = Outstanding and 1 = Doesn’t Meet

Current Member of NOHS
Complete application packet with no late materials
Two letters from professionals that attest to accomplishments of the nominee / applicant
Resume / vitae from nominee / applicant
Additional documents that testify to the accomplishments of the nominee / applicant
