To prepare your submission, we have outline the requirements to complete on the on-line form. We are looking for provoking and important content from thought leaders and innovators around the country. Complete the on-line form to tell us about your presentation, panel discussion or poster outline. Only on-line forms will be accepted by Friday, April 30.

  • Describe how the Presentation will directly tie to the theme of the conference. (provide in 3rd person, action verb, 500 characters). 
  • 3 - 5 learning objectives written in Bloom’s Taxonomy
  • Describe your previous experiences presenting this program - where, when, name of conference and unique feedback from attendees. NOHS may use this information for marketing purposes.
  • Optional Submissions - This information is helpful for the review team
  • *optional - Upload the sample or draft or power point or pdf for review. Speaker reserves the right to use a final power point presentation not originally submitted. Final power points will be requested at the virtual testing.
  • Upload materials that may be used for review and shared with attendees. Speaker reserves the right to not share materials with students.
  • Provide youtube videos for review and with permission to use for marketing purposes.
