2. Strengthening the Onboarding Process to Enhance Employee Commitment and Retention

Research has identified the critical role the onboarding process has on keeping high performance employees in the human services. Tim Nolan will explore what a highly effective onboarding process should look like and who should be involved.

Tim Nolan, Ed.D., is the President of the Human Services Leadership Institute and has worked with over 10,000 human service managers and 100 organizations to drive positive leadership approaches, empowering cultures, and employee commitment, engagement, performance, and retention.
